“The Winter Hill Neighborhood Plan sets forth a vision along the main street that supports
the daily needs and services of Winter Hill residents. The focus of each design is on the
public realm and pedestrian experience. The crux of this vision is the redevelopment
vision for the Star Market site. With this, we can move forward in achieving housing, job,
and open space goals for Winter Hill while recreating a main street where our local,
independent businesses can thrive.”
- Mayor Joseph A.Curtatone
